Southern Ohio Medical Center's Community Wellness Department nurse Dawn Richards, RN visited the Oak Hill Elementary's Active Acorn Fitness Club meeting in October 2014.
Her lesson focused on healthy eating habits and "Rethink Your Drink." The members enjoyed the wellness lesson, as well as the food props she used.
